An exceptional C19 th salt glazed jardiniere

Most probably made in Scotland.
This large unusual jardiniere is decorated in a faux Bois decoration.
It comprises of a tree trunk with branches and hollows around the trunk. Sitting on each tree branch is a basket with handles. 4 baskets in all , the final one sitting on the top.
Here you see it planted up with ferns and asparagus etc and bulging succulents are placed in the hollowed pockets on the trunk.
A rare piece of eccentricity.
